About Me
Welcome, my name is Yidong Ren, currently a Senior System Engineer at Qualcomm. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Michigan State University in 2025 advised by Professor Zhichao Cao and a B.E. in Electronic and Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2021. I was a research intern advised by Prof. Mo Li in 2019. My research focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) and Wireless Communication/Networks, especially on Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Low-power Wide-area Networks (LPWAN), ultra-low power communication, and sensing.
